Section 56
Authority To Adjudicate Cases And Hear Appeals
(1) The District Court shall have the power to originally adjudicate the case deemed to be an offence under this Act.
(2) A party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the District Court pursuant to sub-section (1) may file an appeal in the High Court.
